homemade lacto pickles relish kimchi

This was my first batch of pickles. They came out great. It’s also my second batch of pickles. They lost all their texture, but tasted great, so went to the food processor & became relish. This was also my first venture into attempting kimchi, and I was not impressed with the recipe I followed. It makes decent kimchi pancakes though. Our fridge will circulate oddly every now & then so some of these are partially frozen in the pic (in the bottom left of the relish you can faintly see a relish-cube outline floating).
