The next few entries are going to be highlighting the massive amounts of ferments that are starting to take over our fridge. Maybe a year from now I’ll be able to post a similar pic, but also have the bread be homemade. We have a bread maker – but don’t use it that often. I plan on making a sourdough starter at some point, but I’m hesitant to start too many new things at the same time, and there are a few kitchen gadgets that would probably help with that venture.

Anywho, pictured is homemade kraut (more yellow due to turmeric), a grilled pineapple habanero hot sauce, and pickled red onions (& store-bought mustard).
